I am thrilled and honored to connect with you through MW Fitness!
I discovered yoga in 2012 looking to lose weight after having my second child. I fell in love with the practice when I realized that not only had I found greater balance, strength and flexibility in my body, more importantly yoga was helping me to improve my mental health and relationship with myself.
Wanting to learn more about this transformative practice, I embarked on a 200 hour teacher training in 2016 and another 300 hour training in 2018 through Three Trees Yoga & Healing Arts Center. I am also certified to teach Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation.
Yoga helps me to find healing within my mind, body and soul and encourages me to cultivate unconditional love and acceptance for myself and others.
I love sharing yoga and meditation in an accessible and approachable way because I passionately believe yoga is for any and every body regardless of age, ability or body type.
It is my intention is that you leave my classes feeling relaxed, capable, supported and encouraged in your own journey of yoga and self discovery.
This studio membership enables you to join Kate for all of her recurring Yoga classes including Sunday Self-Care Yoga, Yoga Beatz, and Friday Night Flow classes.

1 Hour Private Yoga session w/ 500 hr RYT Katie Bonnett. This lesson can be adaptive to client needs and can include modifications, meditation and aromatherapy upon request.
